In line with ICF Core Competency 6 (Maintains Agreements) and EMCC ethical guidelines, the coach maintains strict confidentiality within the coaching relationship. Session notes are stored in line with UK GDPR, retained only as long as professionally necessary, and held in a password-protected or locked format at all times.
